The "So You Can Dance" judge is defending Holmes' "terrible" performance, saying on Twitter: "Why hate on Katie? She's had no dance training and did this for publicity for the charity." He adds in another tweet that Katie should be judged like somebody who throws an opening pitch at a baseball game. "I'm trying to figure out why Katie is being judged as a dancer," he says.

Padma Lakshmi: "I'm not starring in" my NBC sitcom
The "Top Chef" host says she's too busy to commit to her own NBC comedy. "It’s an ensemble cast—I’m not starring in it," she tells TV Guide. "I will have a recurring role in it, but I have too much to do on 'Top Chef' as well as my jewelry company." She adds that "that means getting the best actress for the job, and that may not be me for that particular role."

NFL Draft invading primetime, stealing network viewers
The NFL is expected to grab a lot of eyeballs next April with its plan to air the 1st round of the NFL Draft next year on a Thursday, from 7:30 to 11 pm. The draft usually draws very high ratings when it kicks off on a Saturday.

PBS will no longer offer a daily "Mister Rogers"
Starting this fall, "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" will only be offered to PBS stations once a week due to budget cutbacks.
