NBC explains "Heroes" budget cuts, promises "Parks and Recreation" will be "funnier"
NBC's Angela Bromsted noted that "Heroes" has had to slash its budget $300,000 to $500,000 per episode. As for "Parks and Recreation," she says, “It will still be a mockumentary but it will be funnier."
