Jimmy Kimmel dating his staffer — is he pulling a Letterman?
Kimmel's rep confirms that Jimmy is dating "Jimmy Kimmel Live" c0-head writer Molly McNearney, a 31-year-old who has worked on the show since 2003. "After Jimmy and Sarah broke up, Molly and Jimmy both found themselves single, and they clicked," a source tells People. "They're really happy together." According to People, McNearney worked her way up from assistant to the executive producer, assuming her current job in May 2008.

The 34-year-old Hendricks married fiancé Geoffrey Arend at a NYC restaurant on Sunday.
