Report: "The Biggest Loser" contestants are dieting dangerously
The very first "Loser" winner is back above 300 pounds after confessing that he starved himself and deprived himself of water to achieve his weight loss results on the show. In fact, several contestants and even the show admits that dangerous weigh loss techniques aren't all that unusual. Jillian Michaels calls it "the dark side of the show."
