Why did Golden Globes snub all TV comedy actress nominees?
While the names best comedy actor nominees were read on TV, the Globes opted to leave unaired the women up for best comedy actress. In fact, the names of Lea Michele, Courteney Cox, Edie Falco and Toni Collette were read 17 minutes before the Globe noms went on air.

Mr. Skin: "Californication" had the best celebrity nudity of 2009

Americans pick TV as their favorite medium, thanks to the recession
About 34% of Americans cited TV as their favorite medium, up from 27% last year, according to an annual "State of the Media Democracy" report. Internet, music and books came in 2nd through 4th, while movies was among the least-popular choices.

Courteney Cox, "Modern Family," "Glee" up for Golden Globes
"Glee" led all TV series with four nominations, including one for Lea Michele, as broadcast comedies made a huge comeback at this morning's Globe nominations. Drama nominations, meanwhile, all went to cable, with the exception of "House." (See the complete list of nominees.)
