"24" movie is closer to becoming a reality
The writer of "Shattered Glass" and "State of Play," Billy Ray, has been hired by Twentieth Century Fox's film and TV studios to bring "24" to the big screen after he successfully pitched a movie that sends Jack Bauer to Europe. Kiefer Sutherland reportedly signed off on the script proposal. But as Variety points out, a "24" movie is still in the preliminary stages.
