"Million Dollar Money Drop" admits being wrong, invites contestants back
"Unfortunately, the information our research department originally obtained from 3M regarding when Post-it notes were first sold was incomplete," says exec producer Jeff Apploff. "As a result of new information we have received from 3M, we feel it is only fair to give our contestants, Gabe and Brittany, another shot to play 'Million Dollar Money Drop' even though this question was not the deciding question in their game."

"Seinfeld" will air Festivus episode today in syndication — after uproar

An employee of Sacramento's Fox affiliate was outraged when he discovered that "Seinfeld" didn't plan to air the famous 1997 episode in the month of December. So he called Sony Pictures to complain. "I said, 'I'm feeling that my religious beliefs are being compromised here," said the employee, Greg Saunders. "There is no Festivus episode scheduled, and that's blasphemy.'"

"16 and Pregnant" actually helps lower the teen birthrate, gov't finds

A new report from the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy actually credits "16 and Pregnant" with lowering the birth rate in 2009, following a 5% increase from 2005 to 2007. A spokesman for the study says: "Some critics say these shows glamorize teen pregnancy, but our survey data shows that's not the case – that not only do they not glamorize it, but teens who have seen it suggest it makes the realities of teen parenthood more real to them."

CBS reveals midseason plans: "Rules of Engagement" to take over for "$#*!"
Starting Feb. 24, "Rules of Engagement will get the post-"Big Bang Theory" slot on Thursdays, replacing "$#*! My Dad Says," which will have completed its season. Meanwhile, "Survivor: Redemption Island" premieres Feb. 16 and the Sarah Chalke and Jason Biggs comedy "Mad Love" will air on Mondays at 8:30, starting Feb. 2nd. "Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior" debuts on Feb. 16 in the Wednesday at 10 pm slot. And "Chaos," starring Freddy Rodriguez, Eric Close and Tim Blake Nelson, will air on Fridays, starting on April 1.
