Short, sweet, funny: "The Office" meeting with David Brent was perfect
And, says Alan Sepinwall, it was "a nice reminder that while the writers very quickly (and wisely) moved Michael away from being a David clone, the two men have both a shared history and sense of humor. Michael ultimately turned out to be nicer and more vulnerable than David – I could never imagine the British 'Office' doing a scene like the one at the end of the Michael Scott Paper Company arc where I would be rooting hard for David to get a big win – but even now he makes inappropriate jokes, drops mangled pop culture references no one else gets, resorts to ethnic caricature (see Mykonos and Necropolis later in the episode), etc." PLUS: David Brent would never have lasted on the American "Office."

"Skin" UK claims it didn't show under-18 naked sex, but what about Nicholas Hoult?
There wasn't much controversy in the UK over "Skins," and its producers claim that, like the MTV version, "the show was not allowed to show nudity or simulated sex with under 18-year-olds." But was that really the case? Because it looks like Nicholas Hoult was 17 when he filmed this very graphic naked sex scene for Episode 6 of "Skins" Season 2. Hoult didn't turn 18 until December 7, 2007 — one week before "Skins" wrapped filming of Season 2 with Episode 10, on December 14, 2007, according to "Skins" co-creator Jamie Brittain's blog. That means Hoult was likely underage when he shot that sex scene, unless "Skins" shot out of sequence to film Hoult having sex at 18.

Ed Asner is stuck as an "irascible but endearing old man" on "Working Class"
"It seems unfair to conclude that Mr. Asner's acting talents are so limited he can only play the same character over and over," says Alessandra Stanley. "…It's more likely that there is one phenotype for comic actors over 65: the irascible but endearing sidekick. Given how richly diverse and plentiful television comedy has become, it's remarkable how narrow the niche remains for men in their sunset years." PLUS: CMT seems to be confused about "Working Class."
"HIMYM's" Josh Radnor: "To be honest, I don't care" about the mother
"I don't say that dismissively," says Radnor. 'It's too long a title, but the proper title for the show should be: 'This is all the stuff that happened before I met your mother.' And when you look back you'll realize everything had to happen so that everything else could happen."

"Goodnight for Justice" isn't the first time Jason Priestley has directed Luke Perry
Priestley directed Perry many times on "Beverly hills 90210." Says Priestley: "The only thing Aaron Spelling said to me when he gave me my first episode was, 'Don't f— this up!' And so I didn't. And I managed to bring in this movie in just 15 days."
Why is Piers Morgan so obsessed with the star of "The Apprentice" UK?
