Carvey will return to "Saturday Night Live" to host for the 4th time (he last hosted in October 2000), joined by Linkin Park, on Feb. 5. Eisenberg will host on Jan. 29 with musical guest Nicki Minaj.
There's a lot of life left in "Dexter," says Showtime boss
"Dexter," Showtime's David Nevins points out, "was up up 11 percent in its 5th season which defies the usual ratings decline. The audience is still coming to it, and it's not a plot driven show." Nevins expects to renew "Dexter" after next season.

Michael Strahan and Maria Menounos will greet celebrities on Fox's Super Bowl pregame red carpet at the Dallas Cowboys stadium. They replace Seacrest, who hosted the first-ever Super Bowl red carpet when Fox last aired the Super Bowl, in 2008.

Showtime: "The Kennedys" didn't feel "Showtime" enough
