"Chuck" and "Grimm" won't premiere until Oct. 21, the Peacock's revamped Thursday — with "Whitney" and "Prime Suspect" — debuts Sept. 21, and "Up All Night" and "Free Agents" will get a special kick-off after the "America's Got Talent" season finale.
