After getting rebuffed by House Speaker John Boehner, Obama is moving his jobs speech to a joints session of Congress from Wednesday to Thursday, Sept. 8 — the same night that the NFL kicks off its 2011 season. It's still unclear when Obama will give his speech, but the NFL game kicks off with lots of hoopla around 8:30 PM ET.
